EXCLUSIVE : Prenatal yoga teacher training course coming soon

Reposted from BirthKuwait
(for registration kindly visit web site BirthKuwait )

For the first time ever, brought to you by BirthKuwait:

Join founder and owner of Blooma, Sarah Longacre and training director Stacy Seebart for Blooma's Level 1 Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.

Blooma's Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainings are all about helping mothers find their inner strength and wisdom. Upon completion of Level 1, you’ll be prepared and encouraged to lead a beautiful prenatal yoga practice that builds a mother’s confidence, strength, connects her to baby, and uplifts her mind, body, and spirit. You will be trained in a sequence that is specifically designed to empower and prepare women for birth. Blooma feels confident that graduates from Level 1 can begin their journey into prenatal yoga teaching in a safe and inspiring way, as a certified Blooma Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
Blooma's Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is a journey. It's more than just another yoga training. Sarah and Stacy lead each session with the intention that each individual will have her own experience and find her own voice.
Drawing from a rich history of birthing wisdom, the Level 1 training includes: the birthing community, inner wisdom, prenatal body knowledge, anatomy, wellness, introduction to childbirth education philosophies, the energy system of the chakras, and, of course the depth of the ancient practice of yoga.
During Blooma’s training you’ll learn far more than modifications for pregnancy. You’ll learn about the emotional and physical challenges a woman undergoes during labor and childbirth—and how her prenatal yoga classes help prepare her for that journey. You’ll also explore your own beliefs surrounding birth, taking time to journal and share with others in your training. We’ll practice together, take turns teaching, and developing confidence as teachers.
Drawing from her core belief in the inner strength of women, and the power of the breath, Sarah shares stories and wisdom from both her years of teaching prenatal yoga and from the hundreds of births she has attended as a doula. Stacy shares her knowledge of yoga, meditation, and physical and energetic mindful listening exercises, and how to incorporate these practices into your classes.
Blooma is a Registered Prenatal Yoga School (RPYS) with Yoga Alliance. Blooma is unique in that there are very few locations around the world that offer Yoga Alliance approved prenatal yoga education. Those interested in pursuing the Yoga Alliance designation of "Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher" (RPYT), after completing Level 1 training through the BirthKuwait 2013 Training, can attend a Level 2 advanced training at Blooma in Minneapolis, or look forward to Blooma's return to BirthKuwait in the future.
